Personal coaching

There’s never been so many resources readily available for personal growth and healing – so why are so many people feel stuck or unable to achieve their goals? Wisdom teachings through the ages point to a missing piece; what we are looking for is already inside us. We can use our inner discernment to find what will be of most benefit to us at every stage. Insightful understanding comes from a quietening our mind to access new ideas and more helpful perspectives. Then we can use our intellectual understanding to take the practical steps.

The process of change is very individual – everyone has their own life experience, mind-set and beliefs – and coaching explores what works for you. My approach includes increasing self-awareness; exploring inner dialogue; state change; energy awareness; perspectives; practical exercises; and integrating new resilience-building practices. I also supply written materials and recommend resources, when appropriate.

Book a one-to-one session

Sessions are one hour long. Currently, all coaching is via phone/audio link or video link as required. I usually recommend at least 4 sessions over 4-6 weeks to enable people to absorb insights, take action and experience the results.

Coaching Courses

The small-group courses offer an opportunity for positive life change in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment. They include a range of proven techniques and tools, insights from neuroscience and psychology research, mindfulness, helpful exercises, group discussion and more. Limited to six participants – so there is more time for each person to have their specific goals or challenges addressed. Materials (exercise sheets, resources etc) will be sent to each participant ahead of the session. These courses will now be offered online.
